on the FBI's Top

Schillaci is back
in New Hampshire...
Ms. Hanlon:
"The last
that we knew when
Mr. Schillaci
fled from New
Hampshire in October
of 1999, he first
surfaced to our
attention, in
Rosarita, Mexico,
in March of 2000.
Mr. Schiff: Hanlon
says he's been
in Mexico running
a web site for
pedoaphiles...
Ms. Hanlon:
"Traveled
to Mexico City
where he lived
for a couple of
years. Then on
to Guadalajara,
Mexico, where
he lived another
two or three years,
and then most
recently had taken
up residence in
San Jose De Gracia
in Mexico, which
is the state of
Michoacan."
Mr. Schiff: Hanlon
says the FBI asked
Mexican authorities
for assistance...
Ms. Hanlon:
"They went
to the residence
of Mr. Schillaci,
after we had identified
that location,
and they surrounded
his house and
they affected
his arrest without
incident."
Mr.
Schiff:
Schillaci faces
charges of sexually
assaulting a five-year-old
boy and child
pornography. I'm
